Livemail

We use Livemail for all our business email. If you contact us, your email address and email content will be stored on Livemail’s servers. When you place an order via the Trevor Woods Contemporary Art website, Gallery Plus receives a confirmation email. In this email we receive your name, email address, billing and shipping address, as well as details of your order.

PayPal

We use Paypal for any purchases directly from the Trevor Woods Contemporary Art website. When you place an order via the Trevor Woods Contemporary Art website, your name, email address, billing and shipping address, as well as details of your order are stored on Paypal’s website.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

Internal record keeping

We use your information to process and send out your online orders. We send promotional emails about new products, forthcoming exhibitions, preview invitations, or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
