Mailchimp is a marketing automation platform and we use it to send out our marketing emails. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your name, email address, and any particular interests on Mailchimp.

We use Livemail for all our business email. If you contact us, your email address and email content will be stored on Livemail’s servers. When you place an order via the Trevor Woods Contemporary Art website, Gallery Plus receives a confirmation email. In this email we receive your name, email address, billing and shipping address, as well as details of your order.

We use Paypal for any purchases directly from the Trevor Woods Contemporary Art website. When you place an order via the Trevor Woods Contemporary Art website, your name, email address, billing and shipping address, as well as details of your order are stored on Paypal’s website.
What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

Internal record keeping
We use your information to process and send out your online orders. We send promotional emails about new products, forthcoming exhibitions, preview invitations, or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. In the future, we may use the information to customise the website according to your interests. We may use the information to improve our products and services.
We have in place all reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online and we are dedicated to keeping this safe. However, the internet is never totally secure and therefore we cannot 100% guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically and sending us such information is entirely at your own risk. If we find there has been an unlawful data breach of our database, or the databases of a third party data processor, we will report it to any relevant authorities within 72 hours, and we will also contact anybody whose data has been affected.
