Terry Bestwick is fascinated by the smallest and grandest elements of nature; and is forever looking for connections within them and reporting them to us in his paintings.

Why does a cloud look like a dune; or a wave? How are the patterns, shapes, colours and spaces formed? What are the rhythms, energies and dynamics of the natural world we live in?

And sometimes he paints how oddly we inhabit that world.

He finds it all within five miles of where he lives in north Norfolk.
