| Gallery Plus is six months old and we feel that we've settled in quite nicely. After a busy summer in Wells, things have calmed down a bit, but we're certainly not standing still ... and as we head towards CHRISTMAS (there, we've said it!) we have some new work to tempt you and some excellent and unique items that are perfect for giving. | ||||||||||||
| We have a brand new selection of contemporary jewellery by Karen Dell'Armi, including stunning necklaces and pendants, earrings and bracelets. Jo's already got her eye on several pieces, so if you're looking for something a bit different to give as a present, you'd better get in quick! |

| If you're looking for something in the ceramics area, our affordable range of Studio Pottery by Made in Cley is sure to have something to tempt you: pots, vases, plates, mirrors and dishes all made to their high standard and in their unique style. Or perhaps you might fancy giving something that's truly unique this year, such as one of Eleanor Long's Glass Insert Blocks, which are inspired by her trip to the Arctic in 2008. |

| We've recently added some retro-style chairs to our range, including an Eames RSR Rocking Chair, some Ball Pod Chairs and some fantastic Children's Panton Chairs that are sure to go down well at this time of year! They are all new reproductions, giving you great quality and style with a reasonable price-tag. |

We've taken on another new artist, Tim Wall, who gained a BA (hons) in Fine Art from Coventry University in 2008, with a specialism in contemporary printmaking. His work caught our eye at this year's Norwich Print Fair and we're pleased to offer his dramatic etchings for sale in the gallery. |

| Tim's work is the product of the existential relationship he shares with Norfolk and his sensibilities as an artist to the place in a way that suitably removes it from traditional notions of representational landscape. He utilises both traditional and experimental etching techniques in the production of his work, often concerning himself with the physicality of the plate itself as much as the image on its printed surface. | ||||||||||||

... painting of London!! At *** x *** it is his largest painting to date and depicts the Lloyds Building and Norman Fosters 'Gherkin' in his unique and instantly-recognisable style. It is currently a work in progress, but will prove of great interest to see the way in which he puts together such a large painting. |

Wednesday, you might find a note on the door requesting that you
ring the doorbell - if so, you're still more than welcome to look
around; it will just be because only one of us is here and is
