| Purchasing from this website

We use PayPal's Shopping Cart to process payments. It's easy to use, completely secure and you can pay with any major credit/debit card, or with your PayPal account.

Simply click the "Add to Cart" button below the item you'd like to purchase and you'll be taken to PayPal's Shopping Cart page. To add more items, click "Continue Shopping" and add as many items as you like before proceeding to PayPal's secure checkout via the "View Cart" button at the top of the screen.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please email or call us to reserve your item until your cheque has cleared.

We can also accept payment by debit or credit card over the telephone.

| Delivery

All pricing on this website is based on delivery to UK mainland addresses. If you live elsewhere, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

Please note - first order requests can only be shipped to the cardholder's address. Repeat customers can request an alternative delivery address.

We aim to process your order within three working days and will email you to confirm when your order has shipped. We appreciate if you can let us know when your parcel has arrived.

To simplify packing and delivery charges we have five standard rates based on total order value:

£0.01 – £12.49 | packing and delivery will be £1.00

£12.50 – £25.49 | packing and delivery will be £4.00

£25.50 - £99.99 | packing and delivery will be £7.00

£100.00 - £199.99 | packing and delivery will be £10.00

£200.00 - £999.99 | packing and delivery will be £15.00

Some items may request that you contact us for delivery charges before proceeding through PayPal - this is because they are either large, heavy, or particularly fragile items and may require a special courier service.

If you have any queries regarding delivery please contact us before proceeding through PayPal.

| Framing

Most of the artwork for sale on this site is unframed for ease of delivery, however for each item of artwork we indicate how it is presented, for example: flat; mounted; framed; or mounted and framed.

| Notes

Colour reproduction of the artwork on this site is as close as we can get it on screen, but please be aware that there may be a slight variation in reality. Measurements shown are approximate.

| Returns, exchanges and refunds

We can accept returned items that do not meet your expectations if returned to us in perfect condition and within fourteen days of receipt. Please advise us upon receipt if this is the case. Any item returned to Gallery Plus is at your own expense and risk. We recommend that you send returns by Special or Recorded delivery and ensure you retain proof of postage.

Items should be returned to:

Gallery Plus, Warham Road, Wells-next-the-sea, Norfolk, NR23 1QA.

• Items must be returned in perfect condition.

• We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings.

• Items purchased as presents can only be refunded to the original cardholder.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

| Security and Privacy

You can be assured that PayPal Shopping Cart is a completely secure payment method. Your contact information, including your email address and postal address, is used solely by Gallery Plus for the purpose of completing and delivering your order. Financial information, including your card details, will be used solely by PayPal to process your order.

You can be assured that your details will never be passed to anyone else.
